Kinetiko Energy (ASX:KKO) said the third well in the company's production well test program has been spudded in Brakfontein, South Africa, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The well will form part of a cluster that is expected to supply liquefied natural gas to a pilot plant by 2026.
First gas flow results are expected before July, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
