智通财经APP获悉，锅圈(02517)再涨超6%，年内累计涨幅已超50%。截至发稿，涨4.53%，报3港元，成交额1.77亿港元。
消息面上，锅圈公布，已完成向中国证监会就公司股东锅圈实业及不约而同持有的公司约9.38亿股境内未上市股份转为H股的备案。基于对公司长期价值及长期发展前景富有坚定信心，锅圈实业自愿承诺，自本次全流通完成之日起的6个月内，其将不会以任何方式出售通过此次全流通转换的公司H股股份。
华鑫证券认为，锅圈门店端持续迭代优化，下沉市场渗透空间充足，抖音爆品打造成效显著，有望带动客流量与客单价同步回升。华泰证券则指出，下半年凭借质价比及爆款套餐引流策略，公司同店已实现较快修复回升，25 年有望实现店效及开店速度的双重回升，在促消费政策持续落地背景下，看好公司低估值+业绩提速的布局机会。
