新华财经北京5月14日电（卜晓明）美国微软公司13日说，将在全公司范围内裁员3%，涉及大约6000个工作岗位并涵盖所有业务部门。

微软一名发言人在致美国消费者新闻与商业频道（CNBC）的一份声明中写道，在瞬息万变的市场中，微软将继续实施必要的组织变革，确保公司处于最佳状态。

这名发言人说，此次裁员的目的之一是减少管理层级。无独有偶，美国亚马逊公司1月宣布，由于在组织内部注意到“非必要层级”，正在裁减一些员工。

微软首席财务官艾米·胡德在4月财报电话会议中说，微软聚焦“建设高效率团队，通过减少管理人员数量和层级增强机动性”。

微软13日说，公司正用人工智能等新技术“赋能员工，使员工能把更多时间用于有意义的工作”。

CNBC报道，这次裁员应是微软2023年裁员1万人后，规模最大的一次裁员。美联社提供的数据显示，截至去年6月底，微软在全球雇用22.8万名全职员工，其中大约55%在美国。

美联社报道，微软仍在执行2025财政年度内向算力领域投入超过800亿美元的计划。微软今年年初宣布该计划，其2025财年将于今年6月底结束。
