MDU Resources Group Inc. has announced that Darrel T. Anderson has been elected as the new independent chair of its board of directors, replacing Dennis W. Johnson. Johnson will continue to serve as a director and chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Anderson, who joined the board in 2023, previously held positions as board vice chair and chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
