智通财经APP讯，中集集团(02039)公布，2025 年 5 月 15 日，董事会同意根据董事长/执行董事麦伯良先生的提名，聘任高翔先生为公司总裁;聘任李胤辉先生为公司副总裁、黄田化先生为公司副总裁、于玉群先生为公司副总裁、曾邗先生为公司副总裁兼财务总监(CFO)、王小岩先生为公司副总裁;聘任吴三强先生为公司董事会秘书/公司秘书。上述聘任，任期至 2027 年度股东大会止。
