美东时间周二早盘，联合健康集团（UnitedHealth Group）股价大幅下跌约15%，此前该公司宣布，首席执行官安德鲁·威蒂（Andrew Witty）即将卸任，并撤销2025年盈利预测。

　　公司声明称，威蒂因“个人原因”离职，其职位将由斯蒂芬·赫姆斯利（Stephen Hemsley）接任。赫姆斯利曾于2006至2017年执掌这家医疗保健巨头，现任董事会主席。

　　此次领导层变动正值联合健康面临运营及行业多重挑战之际。公司解释称，撤销全年业绩指引的原因是医疗服务需求持续加速增长，医疗成本居高不下——尤其是新加入联邦医疗保险优势计划（Medicare Advantage）的会员带来的压力。

　　上月，联合健康已将每股收益预期从原先的29.50-30.00美元下调至24.65-25.15美元区间，此次调整基于医疗服务使用率上升和联邦医保优势计划资金承压的迹象。

　　赫姆斯利表示，公司仍将专注于长期增长，计划未来恢复13%-16%的年度历史增长目标。
