【中国恒大：清盘人要求债权人提交债权证明表】金十数据5月16日讯，中国恒大在港交所公告，清盘人今天已发布通告，要求(i)自认为本公司债权人的人士提交债权证明表；及(ii)非或有债权人提交成为本公司可能成立的审查委员会委员的意向书。根据指示令，所有自认为截至2024年1月29日是公司债权人的人士，均必须提交通告所附随的表格A债权证明表。任何债权人如欲成为可能组成的审查委员会的委员，则必须填写通告所附随的表格B意向书。任何表格A或表格B必须在2025年6月13日下午6时或之前提交。
