英国制药巨头葛兰素史克（GSK）周三表示，将以至多20亿美元的价格从波士顿制药公司（Boston Pharmaceuticals）收购用于治疗肝病的专业药物efimofermin。

　　efimosfermin是一种试验性的，每月一次皮下注射的药物，用于治疗和预防脂肪变性肝病的进展，目前该药已处于后期开发阶段，显示出治疗和预防脂肪变性肝病进展的潜力。

　　根据协议条款，GSK将收购波士顿制药公司的子公司BP Asset IX，以获得efimosfermin。

　　GSK将支付至多20亿美元的现金对价，其中包括12亿美元的预付款和至多8亿美元的基于成功的里程碑付款。
