消息面上，近日，旭辉控股举行了境外重组债权人说明会，公司管理层介绍了债务重组进展及重组后的发展战略。旭辉控股CFO杨欣介绍，旭辉境外债务重组已取得重大进展，境内债务方面，现正积极推进百亿公司债整体重组。重组方案中，境外主流选项是债转股，境内主流选项是以资抵债，预计在完成境内和境外大重组后，信用债规模将缩减50%以上至300亿元内。旭辉控股董事局主席林中表示，未来旭辉将聚焦三大核心业务板块，即稳定的收租业务、高度聚焦自营开发业务、大力发展房地产资管业务。
东方证券近日指出，公司自22年底启动债务重组，根据最新披露，债务重组方案已获超88%的支持。4月23日首次聆讯已顺利通过，5月8日开放债权人投票通道，并计划于6月3日召开表决会议，预计6月26日完成最终批准聆讯。由于境外债占比达到55%，因此重组完成后，预计公司整体杠杆规模将大幅下降，流动性压力显著缓解，资本结构明显改善，未来全面转向"轻资产、低负债、高质量"的发展模式。
