The increased loss was influenced by $1.4 million in severance expenses, which were absent in the first quarter of 2024. The company's Chief Financial Officer, Kannan Sugantharaman, highlighted Mastech Digital's financial position, noting cash balances of $24.7 million, no bank debt, and borrowing availability of $23.7 million under a revolving credit facility as of March 31, 2025. The Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) measurement stood at 56 days, within the company's targeted range.
