Odaily星球日报讯 加密货币和股票交易在线经纪公司 eToro 及部分股东在美国首次公开募股（IPO）中筹集近 6.2 亿美元，定价高于此前宣传区间。eToro 及其投资者以每股 52 美元售出 1192 万股。此前贝莱德旗下基金拟以 IPO 价购入高达 1 亿美元的 eToro 股票。按流通股数计算，此定价使 eToro 市值约 43 亿美元，完全稀释后估值近 50 亿美元。IPO 文件显示 eToro 2024 年净利润 1.92 亿美元。此次 IPO 由高盛集团等牵头，eToro 股票预计在纳斯达克全球精选市场以 ETOR 为代码上市。
