Tartana Minerals (ASX:TAT) said Alistair Lewis will succeed Jihad Malaeb as chairman, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Lewis has been a director of the company since February 2024.
In the same filing, the company said firm commitments have been made for a AU$1.6 million debt financing facility, led by directors Stephen Bartrop for AU$900,000 and Alistair Lewis for AU$450,000.
Out of the total, AU$700,000 has been received by the company, with the balance to be received by the end of this week.
