【台积电核准约152亿美元资本预算，用于建置先进制程产能等】金十数据5月13日讯，5月13日，台积电召开董事会，决议核准2025年第一季度营业报告书及财务报表，其中第一季合并营收约新台币8392.5亿元，税后纯益约新台币3615.6亿元，每股盈余为新台币13.94元，并核准配发2025年第一季之每股现金股利新台币5元。为了因应基于市场需求预测及技术开发蓝图所制定的长期产能规划，台积电核准资本预算约美金152.48亿元，内容包括：建置先进制程产能；建置先进封装、成熟及/或特殊制程产能；厂房兴建及厂务设施工程。此外，台积电核准出售公司机器设备予关联企业之子公司VSMC，总价预估介于美金7100万元至7300万元。
