【临港新片区将新设5亿元启航基金：专门投向在临港发展的种子期、初创型企业】金十数据5月16日讯，从5月16日上午举行的2025年临港科创大会上获悉，新片区管委会将出资新设5亿元的临港启航基金，作为天使基金，专门投向在临港发展的种子期、初创型企业。同时，每年投入2亿元左右资金用于“拨改投”创新试点项目和研发专项。临港新片区还将带动司南基金、燕缘基金以及上海金融机构设立的社会化基金，形成科创基金矩阵。将协同银行、保险、担保合力形成超50亿元的临港科创专属金融资源。在临港的各家银行将推出“菁才贷”“孵化贷”等科创贷款产品，加大科创业的贷款投放力度。
