南方财经5月16日电，天眼查App显示，近日，河南中原医学科学城星未来股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）成立，执行事务合伙人为河南复健星未来健康投资合伙企业（有限合伙），出资额25亿人民币，经营范围为以私募基金从事股权投资、投资管理、资产管理等活动，创业投资，以自有资金从事投资活动，创业空间服务，信息咨询服务。股权全景穿透图显示，该合伙企业由复星医药（600196）旗下苏州君明致远创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、河南复健星未来健康投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、豫健生物医药集团有限公司、郑州航空港科技资本有限公司共同出资。据媒体报道，该基金将重点支持中原医学科学城科技成果转化和招商引资项目，重点投向创新药、高端仿制药、现代中药、生物技术药、诊断检测、器械、仪器、高端医用耗材等领域，并适当向消费医疗、康养、医美等医疗大健康及生物经济领域拓展。
