港股异动 | 一脉阳光(02522)盘中涨超5% 拟斥至多1亿港元回购股份公司深入挖掘医学影像数据价值

智通财经APP获悉，一脉阳光(02522)盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.22%，报19.76港元，成交额2222.5万港元。

消息面上，5月16日，一脉阳光发布公告，根据公司股东于2025年4月23日举行的公司年度股东会上批准的购回H股的一般授权，公司有意不时于公开市场购回公司H股，购回金额累计不超过1亿港元。根据购回授权，公司获准购回的H股最高数目为2493.78万股H股，占年度股东会日期已发行H股(不包括库存股份)总数的10%。股份购回将由公司的内部资源提供资金。

值得关注的是，近日，国务院办公厅印发《国务院2025年度立法工作计划》。据悉，今年拟提请全国人大常委会审议的法律案共有16件，包括医疗保障法草案、食品安全法修正草案、金融法草案等。此外，有30件行政法规拟制定、修订，包括药品管理法实施条例(修订)、生物医学新技术临床研究和临床转化应用管理条例等。

据了解，在生物医学新技术临床研究中的人工智能与大数据技术分支里，包含了医学影像分析等技术应用。公司此前拟配股总筹约1.95亿港元，其中约15%，或约2734万港元，用于数据及研发，深入挖掘医学影像数据的价值，构建人工智能与智慧化生态圈。
