BlockBeats News, May 15th, according to Decrypt's report, crypto investment firm GSR has completed an equity investment in Swiss investment solutions provider Maverix Securities.
Under the partnership agreement, the two parties will jointly develop digital asset products for institutions and professional investors. The product line will include yield-enhanced structured solutions, crypto index strategies, and derivative tools, among others. As part of the collaboration, GSR Managing Director Alain Kunz will join the Maverix board of directors. GSR will provide digital asset liquidity and risk management technology support, while Maverix will be responsible for issuing compliant investment products on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX).
