智通财经APP讯，中国网成(01920)发布公告，自2025年5月16日起：张国辉先生已辞任执行董事及公司行政总裁，以投入更多时间于彼其他工作安排及事务;伍尚聪先生已辞任执行董事，以投入更多时间于彼其他工作安排及事务;马庚申先生已辞任执行董事，以投入更多时间于彼其他工作安排及事务。
彭运英女士已获委任为执行董事及公司总裁;郭显教先生已获委任为公司执行董事及Wacan Business Academy Limited(网成商学院有限公司)院长，均自2025年5月16日起生效。网成商学院是公司一间间接全资附属公司，其主要从事提供美容及健康业务指导及咨询服务。
随着张国辉先生的辞任，张国辉先生不再担任根据上市规则第3.05条所规定公司的授权代表。董事长兼执行董事周振林先生已自2025年5月16日起获委任为授权代表。
周振林先生不再担任总裁，以投放更多时间于其董事长的职务;郭显教先生不再担任公司副总裁，以投放更多时间于其执行董事的职务，均自2025年5月16日起生效。
林诚光教授已获委任为独立非执行董事，自2025年5月16日起生效。
