格隆汇5月16日｜欧盟委员会宣布，微软已提出一系列新承诺，旨在了结有关将Teams与Office产品捆绑销售的反垄断调查。欧盟委员会就此启动公众咨询。微软提议推出不含Teams的Office 365和Microsoft 365套件，并以更低价格销售，同时允许用户切换至无Teams版本（包括现有合同框架内的用户）。此外，微软承诺提升Teams竞争对手与其他微软产品的互操作性，还允许用户将数据迁移出Teams以便使用竞品。微软表示，拟议承诺要求其未来七年内在欧洲经济区维持上述套件的可用性，若承诺被欧盟接受，该公司将同时在全球范围内统一办公套件和Teams服务的选项与定价。
