Teradata Corporation has announced a new management change with the adoption of the Teradata 2025 New Employee Stock Inducement Plan, effective from May 15, 2025. This plan allows the company to grant equity incentive compensation as a material inducement for certain individuals to commence employment with Teradata. The plan includes stock options, stock appreciation rights, and other share-based awards, with a total of 1 million shares of common stock reserved for this purpose. The plan will be administered by the Compensation and People Committee of the Board and is set to terminate on May 15, 2027.
