智通财经APP讯，富智康集团(02038)公布，有关公司间接全资附属领赋有限公司向其全资附属Fushan Technology (Vietnam) Limited Liability Company进行注资，领赋拟进一步向Fushan进行注资，总金额3576.8万美元作为于Fushan的长期投资用作其营运资金及一般企业用途(该建议第四次注资)。该建议第四次注资目前计划将于2025年5月或前后生效。
紧随该建议第四次注资生效后，Fushan的投入资本总额将增至3,979,545,000,000.00越南盾(即由领赋持有Fushan全部的投入资本)。
Fushan 的主要业务为手机设备和音讯设备(耳机、智能音箱和麦克风)、计算机设备(电子阅读器及印路刷电路板组装产品)、光学设备(光学和数位投影机、镜头和光学超音波设备及印刷电路板组装产品)、可穿戴设备(智慧手表)以及电子及电信设备(智能加密电子钱包及 5G 路由器)的制造、加工和组装服务，以及为从其他国家进口的旧产品(这些旧产品之前由 Fushan 生产)提供维修服务。
