智通财经APP讯，汇通达网络(09878)发布公告，于2025年5月13日，公司拟向南京汇得福出售汇通数科26.7143%股权，代价为人民币2537.8585万元。
出售事项完成后，公司将持有汇通数科51%的股权。汇通数科将继续为公司附属公司，且汇通数科的财务业绩将继续并入集团的财务报表。
汇通数科是一家以云服务和人工智能赋能下沉市场夫妻店和中小型品牌商、零售商、分销商的科技服务商。其主营业务为SaaS订阅服务和商家解决方案服务，通过数字化、智能化等解决方案服务下沉市场夫妻店和零售品牌商。
AI+SaaS业务为集团的重点发展领域之一。董事认为，出售事项将通过股权激励机制深度绑定集团的核心AI及技术人才，激发汇通数科管理团队的创新活力与经营效能。此举亦将有助于吸引人才，提升集团于行业内的市场地位，为集团于行业内的扩展奠定坚实的基础。基于以上理由，出售事项有利于集团的长远发展，符合集团及股东的利益。
