2025年5月13日消息，山东华鼎伟业能源科技股份有限公司（简称“华鼎伟业”）2025 年 5 月 12 日收到控股股东名称变更通知。其控股股东由“烟台业达城发创业投资有限公司”变更为“烟台业达城发产业投资发展集团有限公司”。以上信息已完成工商变更登记并取得《营业执照》，变更后的有关工商信息如下：中文名称为烟台业达城发产业投资发展集团有限公司，注册资本 5 亿元整，类型为有限责任公司(非自然人投资或控股的法人独资)，成立日期 2020 年 6 月 18 日，营业期限 2020 年 6 月 18 日至长期，法定代表人元渊，注册地址在中国（山东）自由贸易试验区烟台片区烟台开发区长江路 277 号内 3 号，经营范围为一般项目：创业投资；以自有资金从事投资活动（除依法须经批准的项目外，凭营业执照依法自主开展经营活动）。本次控股股东更名不涉及公司股权变动，不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化，对公司治理及经营活动不构成影响。
