Super League Enterprise (SLE) said Monday it has raised almost $870,000 from the sale of about 5.1 million shares at $0.17 a share in a public offering.
The firm said it gave its underwriter a 45-day option to buy up to 767,647 additional shares. It plans to use the funds for general corporate needs, working capital, and debt repayment.
Shares of the company were up about 8% in recent trading.
