微软周二宣布将在所有层级、团队和地区裁减3%的员工，约6000人受到影响。“我们持续实施必要的组织变革，以确保公司在动态市场中获得最佳发展定位，”微软发言人在声明中表示。

　　此次裁员正值微软四月末交出超预期财报之际——当季净利润达258亿美元，且业绩展望乐观。截至6月底，微软全球员工总数为22.8万人。华盛顿州政府周二披露，该公司将削减雷德蒙德总部关联岗位1985个，其中1510个为办公室职位。

　　这很可能成为微软自2023年裁员1万人以来规模最大的一次人员精简。今年一月公司曾进行过小范围绩效裁员，但发言人强调本次裁员与员工表现无关。

　　发言人指出，此次调整目标包括精简管理层级。无独有偶，亚马逊一月也曾以“消除冗余管理层”为由宣布裁员。上周网络安全软件商CrowdStrike亦公布将裁撤5%岗位。

　　微软CEO萨提亚·纳德拉一月向分析师透露，在非AI相关的Azure云业务增速不及预期后，公司将调整销售策略。而人工智能云业务的增长则超出了内部预期。“如何优化激励机制和市场策略？”纳德拉表示，“在技术平台转型期，我们必须全力押注新兴领域，而非固守传统业务模式。”

　　微软股价周一收报449.26美元，创年内新高，去年七月曾触及467.56美元的历史峰值。
