一位知情人士周一表示，资产管理公司黑石集团（Blackstone）旗下的基础设施投资部门正就收购专注于新墨西哥州和得克萨斯州业务的公用事业公司 TXNM 能源展开谈判。

　　该消息人士称，黑石基础设施合作伙伴（Blackstone Infrastructure Partners）与 TXNM 就达成协议的架构正在进行对话。他提醒称，情况仍在变化，不能保证一定会达成交易。

　　该消息人士在讨论这一机密审议内容时要求匿名。

　　彭博新闻社（Bloomberg News）周一早些时候援引知情人士的话报道称，双方就达成协议的谈判正在进行，可能在未来几周内达成协议。

　　TXNM 未回应置评请求。黑石集团拒绝置评。

　　根据 TXNM 能源公司的官网信息，该公司总部位于新墨西哥州阿尔伯克基，为新墨西哥州和得克萨斯州的 80 万家家庭和企业供电。

　　这家当时名为 PNM 资源公司（PNM Resources）的企业在 2020 年曾同意被安万基公司（Avangrid）收购。然而，在最初协议达成三年多后，由于监管方面的反对，双方终止了这笔交易。
