【Synthetix社区提议以2700万美元估值收购去中心化期权平台Derive】5月14日消息，据官方博客，合成资产协议Synthetix社区提议以2700万美元估值收购去中心化期权平台Derive。根据SIP-415提案，交易将以27:1的比例进行DRV与SNX代币置换，Synthetix将发行2930万枚SNX代币（3个月锁仓+9个月线性释放）完成收购。该交易需经Synthetix的Spartan理事会和Derive治理机构批准。此次收购将使Synthetix整合Derive的订单簿永续合约交易技术及开发团队，加速构建以太坊主网衍生品协议。Derive团队在模块化订单簿设计和期权机制方面的经验将直接增强Synthetix的核心竞争力。其已开发完成的App-chain技术栈可立即部署至主网。 Derive前身为Lyra，曾是Synthetix生态项目。此次收购是Synthetix近半年继收回Kwenta和TLX后，第三次生态整合行动。创始人Kain Warwick表示，这将简化协议架构与治理，推动衍生品平台发展。若交易获批，Derive的金库资产、知识产权及治理系统将全部并入Synthetix协议。
