嘉里建设(00683.HK) 、信置(00083.HK) 、太古地产(01972.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作的黄竹坑站港岛南岸第4A期海盈山昨日(12日)获批满意纸，正式启动交楼程序，将分批向买家发出收楼通知书。
项目早前已经展开现楼形式销售，并于昨日上载第3B号、第4B号及第5A号价单，引入两个全新付款计划，分别为“120置灵活付款计划”及“星级360自由选付款计划”，总折扣优惠分别为成交价22%及17%。如买家提早成交，视乎签署临时买卖合约后提前付清楼价的日数，可额外获成交价0.5%至最多5%的楼价回赠。
