【环球网财经综合报道】5月16日，历经四年长跑、五次递表的绿茶集团以“6831”为股票代码在港交所主板挂牌上市，发行价为7.19港元/股，首日平开，随即股价跳水。

此次IPO，绿茶集团共引入正大食品、紫燕股份、卜蜂集团等8名基石投资者。募集所得资金净额将主要用于扩展餐厅网络；设立中央食材加工设施；升级信息技术系统和相关基础设施；以及用作营运资金及其他一般企业用途。

从绿茶集团的经营表现来看，2021年至2024年，其营收稳步扩张，分别实现22.93亿元、23.75亿元、35.89亿元、38.38亿元；同期净利润分别为1.14亿元、1657.9万元、2.96亿元和3.5亿元。而营收增长主要靠门店扩张驱动，同期新开餐厅数量分别为59家、47家、89家和120家，关闭餐厅为3家、7家、5家和15家。

大规模开店虽拉动整体营收增长，也摊薄了单店盈利能力。比如2024年，绿茶所有地区的同店销售额都减少，整体上每家餐厅平均同店销售额为1033万元，低于2023年的1151.9万元水平。此外，2024年，人均消费跌至56.2元，而2021年 - 2023年平均消费还在60元以上。（南木）
