智通财经APP讯，傲基股份(02519)发布公告，根据《指引》及考虑到傲基(深圳)跨境商务股份有限公司(本公司)从股东接获参与全流通的意向，本公司董事会(董事会)已考虑及批准实施本公司若干股东持有的本公司1.87亿股境内非上市股份转为本公司H股(本次全流通)， 占本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数的约45.06%。
本公司已将1.87亿股境内非上市股份按一对一基准转换为H股向中国证监会备案，并已取得中国证监会发出的《关于傲基(深圳)跨境商务股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。
本公司将就本次全流通转换的H股向香港联交所申请于香港联交所主板上市及买卖。
