消息面上，加科思发布宣布，其自主研发的SHP2抑制剂sitneprotafib（JAB-3312）相关研究见刊Clinical Cancer Research（《临床肿瘤研究》），文章公布了SHP2抑制剂与PD-1抗体以及靶向RTK/RAS/MAPK通路的联合疗法中的临床前体内外数据和对联合疗法有响应的代表性患者病例。目前公司正在开展sitneprotafib与戈来雷塞联用的III期临床试验，这标志着sitneprotafib是全球首个进入III期临床试验的 SHP2抑制剂。
太平洋证券此前指出，2024年5月公司提交戈来雷塞治疗2线KRAS G12C+非小上市申请，预计25Q2可获批上市并获得一笔研发里程碑费用。基于安全性优势(3级TRAE低于竞品)和合作伙伴艾力斯在肺癌的销售优势，该行预测戈来雷塞销售峰值为11亿元。此外戈来雷塞的1 线非小3期和胰腺癌/泛癌种关键临床已启动，有望于26H2完成入组。
