智通财经APP讯，云白国际(00030)公布，刘周阳先生及钱映辉先生无意重选连任，并于股东周年大会结束时分别轮值退任执行董事及非执行董事。于股东周年大会结束后，钱映辉先生亦不再担任审核委员会成员。
由于上文有关选举刘怀宇先生为执行董事的第2项决议案及上文有关选举何涛先生为非执行董事的第3项决议案分别已于股东周年大会上获正式通过，委任刘怀宇先生为执行董事及何涛先生为非执行董事的事项于股东周年大会结束时生效，分别填补因刘周阳先生及钱映辉先生退任而产生的空缺。自本公布日期起，何涛先生亦已获委任为董事会审核委员会成员，以接替钱映辉先生。
