智通财经APP讯，山高新能源(01250)公布，于2025年5月13日，仪征山高新能源(公司直接非全资附属公司，作为发包人)与联合承包人(即中电建成都院与贵州智慧电力)订立EPC合同，据此，仪征山高新能源同意委聘联合承包人就项目提供有关EPC服务。
项目为江苏省仪征市刘集镇100兆瓦渔光储一体化示范项目，包括(其中包括)项目光伏区域、集电线路、升压站及外送线路的建设。 根据核准装机容量100兆瓦，单价应为约人民币4.16762元每瓦，因此总代价为人民币416,879,989.36元(暂定，含税)。
