For fiscal Q4, the company expects adjusted earnings of 0.22 pounds to 0.24 pounds per share on revenue of 186 million pounds to 188 million pounds. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of 0.34 pounds per share on revenue of 201.6 million pounds.
The company trimmed its fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings guidance to 1.11 pounds to 1.13 pounds per share from 1.20 pounds to 1.23 pounds previously. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect 1.18 pounds. Endava also lowered its annual revenue guidance to the range of 771.5 million pounds to 773.5 million pounds from 795 million pounds to 800 million pounds. Analysts polled by FactSet expect 789.5 million pounds.
Shares of the company fell 7.6% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
