消息面上，经纬天地发布公告，据经纬天地集团告知，出售事项二已根据出售事项二买卖协议的条款及条件于2025年5月9日完成(完成二)。由于完成二，恒峰国际拥有的股份数目已由1.99亿股股份增加至2.99亿股股份(占公司已发行股本总额的29.9%)及恒峰国际已成为公司单一最大股东；而经纬天地集团拥有的股份数目已由2.66亿股股份减少至1.66亿股股份(占公司已发行股本的16.6%)及经纬天地集团仍为公司主要股东。
