Globant Q1 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; 2025 Guidance Cut; Shares Slump After Hours

Globant (GLOB) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.50 per diluted share, down from $1.53 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.58.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $611.1 million from $571.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $621.2 million.

The company expects Q2 adjusted EPs of at least $1.52 on revenue of $612 million. Analysts expect EPS of $1.65 on revenue of $641.1 million.

The company cuts 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to at least $6.10 from $6.80 to $7.20 and reduced the revenue forecast to at least $2.464 billion from $2.635 billion to $2.705 billion

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $6.81 on revenue of $2.63 billion.

Globant shares slumped 25% in after-hours trading.
