周大福创建拟发不超8亿元公司债券支持高成长产业
5月15日，周大福创建（00659）发布公告，计划在上海证券交易所发行2025年度第一期公司债券（高成长产业债），规模不超过8亿元。
该公告提到，本公司已于2025年1月14日收到中国证券监督管理委员会的书面批准，可以在未来24个月内分多批次发行熊猫债券。
公告还指出，早在2024年6月17日，公司就已向中国证监会及上交所申请注册总额不超过50亿元的熊猫债券。经批准后，发行的熊猫债券将于上交所上市及交易。公司计划此次债券发行主要面向专业投资者，以支持公司的高成长产业发展。
