消息面上，5月8日，中国资源循环集团旗下的中资环国际开发(深圳)有限公司与全球资源循环渠道服务商晋景新能，以及宁德时代控股的广东邦普循环科技有限公司正式签署谅解备忘录，实现了在锂电池领域搭建了基于“资源+技术+渠道”完整生态闭环所形成的战略性再生资源全球供应链。
智通财经APP指出，此次的三方合作是动力电池回收产业首次实现“国家队+产业龙头+全球化服务商”的强强联合，从而形成“资源+技术+渠道”的完整闭环生态，这意味着动力电池回收产业正式迈入体系化、全链条竞争的新阶段，此次合作也是动力电池回收行业、乃至整个循环经济领域的“体系化输出”的新标杆。
