智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2025年5月16日(收市后)，该公司的间接全资附属公司作为买方根据融资租赁协议与莆田城厢订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意按人民币2600万元(相当于约 2819.68万港元)的代价向莆田城厢购买租回资产(租回资产为94辆城市清洁专用设备车辆)，并向莆田城厢出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
买方主要在中国从事融资租赁业务及保理服务。融资租赁协议预期将令本集团于三年租期内可赚取约人民币2909,768元(相当于约3,155,623港元)的总收入。
