Energy and telecommunications company Vector (NZE:VCT) is conducting a strategic review of its fiber business, which offers wholesale data networks to businesses, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The company has appointed Barrenjoey Capital Partners to assist in the process, per the filing.
"There is no certainty that the strategic review will result in any transaction, nor if a transaction were to occur, its terms or the transaction value achieved," the company said in its disclosure.
