智通财经APP获悉，AMD(AMD.US)今日宣布与沙特新成立的人工智能企业HUMAIN达成一项为期多年、总额100亿美元的投资合作协议。
双方计划未来五年内在沙特部署500兆瓦的人工智能算力基础设施。
AMD首席执行官苏姿丰表示，"与HUMAIN的合作是推进全球AI基础设施建设的重大里程碑，""我们将共同打造一个具有全球影响力的AI平台，在性能、开放性和覆盖范围上达到前所未有的水平。"
"这不仅是基础设施的简单叠加，更是向全球创新者发出的公开邀请函，"HUMAIN首席执行官塔里克·阿明补充道，"我们正在算力层面实现AI民主化，确保先进AI技术的应用只受想象力限制，而非基础设施制约。"
HUMAIN近期正积极与美国科技巨头展开合作。当天早些时候，该公司还宣布与亚马逊云科技(AMZN.US)达成超50亿美元的投资计划。
