中金发布研报称，顺丰同城“五一期间”全场景业务单量同比+87%，其中商超百货单量同比+177%，饮品单量同比+106%，“最后一公里”配送单量同比+102%。此外，据Questmobile数据，4月顺丰同城骑手端日均使用次数同比增长40%。中金认为，在外卖与集团最后一公里配送需求增长催化下，即时配送行业需求或好于该行预期。
国元国际近日指出，顺丰同城作为独立第三方平台，将公司积累的智能调度、全流程管理和大数据分析能力模块化输出，帮助商家及中小物流企业低成本接入高效即配服务，解决了传统即配模式中订单分散、管理低效和履约成本高的痛点。看好公司目前在即时配送市场的第三方地位及行业商业化潜力。
