Inditex 周五宣布高层管理重组，任命新首席财务官（CFO）和首席可持续发展官（CSO），但未详细说明变动原因。

　　Inditex 表示，现任首席财务官伊格纳西奥・费尔南德斯・费尔南德斯（Ignacio Fernandez Fernandez）将担任新设立的首席企业官一职，负责监督财务、可持续发展、物流、运输和基础设施部门。

　　现任首席税务官安德烈斯・桑切斯・伊格 lesias（Andres Sanchez Iglesias）被任命为新首席财务官。

　　花旗分析师莫妮克・波拉德（Monique Pollard）表示：“随着 Inditex 在物流能力扩张方面取得进展，新任命可能是出于加强监管的需要。”

　　Inditex 正处于一项大型物流投资计划的第二年，该计划总计投入 18 亿欧元用于扩大产能，包括西班牙萨拉戈萨的枢纽中心。

　　该公司称，首席可持续发展官哈维尔・洛萨达・蒙特罗（Javier Losada Montero）在服务 32 年后将离开 Inditex，其职位将由现任企业风险管理主管费尔南多・德・布内斯・伊瓦拉（Fernando de Bunes Ibarra）接任。
