Ms. Sie Nien Che, Celia has resigned as an independent non-executive director and from various board committees due to personal work arrangements, effective May 16, 2025. Ms. Xiong Daikun has been appointed as the new independent non-executive director and will join the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
