格隆汇5月16日丨基石控股(01592.HK)公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团录得收益约5850万港元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度减少24.2%。集团截至2024年12月31日止年度录得除税前亏损约8550万港元(2023年：约3850万港元)，亏损增加约4700万港元或122%。每股亏损3.90港仙。
于2024年，香港建筑业持续面临充满挑战的经营环境。高利率、通胀压力及全球政治紧张局势令投资者更加谨慎，并导致项目进度延迟。建筑业亦面临工人短缺、材料及分包商成本上升以及公共及私人建筑项目进展缓慢等问题。集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的收益减少，主要由于年度若干大型项目已进入竣工阶段，而新获授大型项目尚未动工。
