智通财经APP讯，科济药业-B(02171)发布公告，公司董事会已批准一项股份购回计划，自2025年5月8日起的150个香港交易日内，根据2024年股份购回授权及(如适用)公司股东将于2025年5月22日举行的应届股东周年大会上批准的股份购回授权，在公开市场上购回不超过已发行股份总数1%的公司股份。
购回股份所用资金来自非IPO募集资金，其中包括业务发展收入、利息收入及其他补贴。
经股东于2024年5月21日举行的股东周年大会上批准，公司最多可购回于有关普通决议案获通过之日已发行股份总数的10%，即最多5756.44万股股份。于2024年5月及6月，公司按总代价约2411.61万港元(扣除开支前)于香港联合交易所有限公司购回总计413.55万股股份。于2024年7月29日，公司已注销全部购回股份。
