5月14日下午消息，有网友在网络社交平台表示，京东外卖崩了。新浪科技对此求证京东客服，京东客服表示，配送区域骑士爆单造成运力不足暂时无法及时配送， 尽快调配骑士接单。

　　关于什么时候能修好，京东客服回应称，还在抢修中，加急修复中，目前还没有回复，技术部门处理中，会尽快。
