消息面上，5月15日，迈富时发布自愿性公告。公告显示，基于对公司长期价值的信心和投资者利益的维护，公司董事长、首席执行官兼控股股东赵旭隆先生及其配偶朱水纳女士自愿承诺，自2025年5月16日起12个月内，不会出售其所持有的公司股份。
国金证券指出，迈富时是我国营销/销售SaaS龙头，累计服务20余万家企业，24年AI+SaaS实现营收8.4亿元，据亿欧智库测算市占率约2.4%为行业第一。公司在产品、营销维度发力，收入利润有望持续高增。开源证券表示，考虑公司在营销和销售SaaS领域领先地位，AI Agent驱动公司迈入新阶段，首予“买入”评级。
