申万宏源发布研报称，百济神州发布公告，2025年Q1实现收入80.48亿元，同比+50.2%，产品收入为79.85亿元，同比+49.9%，实现归母净利润-0.95亿元，上年同期为-19.08亿元，亏损大幅收窄，若按照美国公认会计原则(GAAP)，公司首次实现季度盈利，业绩符合预期。
产品收入的增长主要得益于自研产品泽布替尼，以及替雷利珠单抗和安进授权产品的销售增长。根据公司公告，分产品来看，2025年Q1，泽布替尼全球销售额总计56.92亿元(+63.7%)，其中，美国销售额总计40.41亿元(+61.9%)，主要得益于需求的增长，其中超过60%的季度环比增长来自于在慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)适应症中使用的扩大，因为该产品在美国是CLL和所有其他已获批适应症新增患者治疗领域的领导者，且市场份额持续提升。欧洲销售额总计8.36亿元(+75.4%)，中国销售额总计5.90亿元(+43.1%)。
2025年第一季度替雷利珠单抗的销售额总计12.45亿元(+19.3%)。根据公司公告，百济神州2025年全年总收入指引仍为49亿至53亿美元，强劲增长的预期受益于泽布替尼在美国的领先地位以及在欧洲和全球其他重要市场的持续扩张。
