智通财经APP获悉，杜甫酒业集团(00986)午后涨超56%，截至发稿，涨45.57%，报0.115港元，成交额401.74万港元。
消息面上，5月8日，中国环保能源宣布正式更名为“杜甫酒业集团有限公司”，中英文股份简称将分别变更为“杜甫酒业集团”和“DUFU LIQUOR GP”，自2025年5月13日起生效。董事会表示，此次更名符合集团战略规划，更能体现未来业务发展方向。
据悉，2025年2月，中国环保能源已与四川杜甫酒业达成销售代理协议，负责特定市场白酒推广以及销售。同时，该公司还拟将公司名称变更为杜甫酒业集团有限公司，计划业务重心转移至白酒业务。值得注意的是，杜甫酒业早在2022年就曾启动赴港上市，此次合作引发外界对杜甫酒业欲借壳上市的猜想。
